Our fellowship programme supports retention and workforce sustainability in general practice by enabling motivated professionals to lead and deliver innovative Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs). Fellows work in addition to their existing clinical or professional roles to develop projects that improve patient care, enhance staff experience, address local and national priorities, and reduce health inequalities.
