General Practice Trailblazer Fellowships 2025/26

Trailblazer Fellowships focus on narrowing health inequalities - working in areas of deprivation. They can look at any aspect of health, past examples being the provision of vaccination and sexual health programmes to improving access for neurodivergent patients.

We are delighted to have just been offered 2 - with the restriction that they are for 10 months only and must run from 1st October 2025 and concluding on 31st July 2026
