Overview:
With workforce pressures mounting across Derbyshire, understanding and supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals is more important than ever. This session focuses on how Generation Z is influencing the future of Primary Care and what practices can do to better engage, motivate, and retain them.
Our keynote speaker, Alex Atherton, is a former headteacher of large inner-London secondary schools, where he spent over 25 years working directly with young people. Now a leadership coach and speaker, Alex specialises in helping organisations understand Gen Z and build stronger, multi-generational teams. His approach is rooted in real-world experience, practical insight, and a deep understanding of what drives today’s young professionals.
