Date: 11/06/25

Time: 10:00-11:30

Location: Online

Open to Managers, New Managers ,  Aspiring Managers , Clinical Directors, and PCN Managers

Learning Objectives:

1. Develop effective strategies for planning both planned and unplanned events – Understand the key differences between planned and unplanned events and learn how to approach each type with flexibility and foresight.

2. Master event planning techniques – Gain practical insights into how to create detailed practice plans for various scenarios, ensuring smooth execution.

3. Analyse case studies for real-world applications – Study real-world examples of planned and unplanned events to identify best practices and potential challenges in event management. We ask if delegates can attend with an example, if possible, so we can look at some as a group and establish what went well/not so well and what else could have been done.

4. Collaborate and share knowledge.
