You must have line manager approval before booking.
Due to funding restraints and reduced budgets, in addition to a high number of cancellations, we have had no choice but to introduce this policy.
Please note our revised cancellation policy HERE. This policy comes into effect on any bookings made after 30thApril 2024.
As a not-for-profit organisation, your support directly funds education and development opportunities for Primary Care staff at all levels across Derbyshire. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Cancellations made with less than 10 working days’ notice will incur a fee of £20.
This Course is FREE - If you are booked on a course that is free and you wish to cancel you can do this through the LMS booking system. In exceptional circumstances you can cancel by email or telephone
