The target audience is all community clinical staff groups: e.g. GP’s, ACPs/ECP’s, Community Nurses, Nursing Associates, HCA’s , Student Nursing Associates , Practice Nurses , Pharmacist , Paramedic

Topics that will be covered are :

- Digital ReSPECT Launch (including Advance care planning)

-Symptom Management updated guidance

-Launch new version DA EoLC Toolkit

*Clinicians only need to attend one of the six workshops as the content is repeated.
