Introduction to course:
Understand that diabetes, chronic kidney disease and heart failure often coexist in the same patient and having one disease significantly increases the risk of having the other conditions.
Learn how many of the key medications are the same for all three conditions.
Practice nurses, pharmacists and GPs can play a pivotal role in identifying these conditions early, preventing complications and increasing life expectancy for these patients.
