Administration Coordinator

We are team who delivers, and has big plans and ideas to continue to support our brilliant General Practice Team in Derby and Derbyshire. We are a single point of access for training, support and development ensuring there is complete ‘wraparound’ team support, whether clinical, non-clinical, managerial or leadership.

We are expanding and seeking another enthusiastic individual for this exciting role to join our amazing team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all business administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the organsiation, handling enquiries professionally and directing them as appropriate.
  • Draft, and send correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and data analysis for review.
  • Provide administrative support to the projects and training team workstreams.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events, and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as data protection regulations.
  • Assist in implementing and updating administrative processes for improved efficiency.
  • Be visible and always be a company advocate
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Essential

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to occasionally travel to meetings or events

Desirable but not essential skills

  • Experience of Healthcare

The Offer

  • Salary: Circa £26,000 per annum     
  • Hours: 37.5 hours
  • Location: Flexible with at least 2 days a week office based, at Kelvin House, RTC Business Park, London Road, Derby DE24 8UP
