Reception and Administration Introduction Programme 

A foundation programme designed for colleagues who are new to general practice or who would benefit from structured introductory learning. 

Starting in general practice can feel both exciting and overwhelming. This programme aims to help colleagues understand how primary care works, build confidence in their role and develop the essential skills needed to support patients and practice teams effectively.

Building Skills for Experienced General Practice Administrators 

A development programme designed for experienced reception, administration and practice support colleagues who want to broaden their knowledge, strengthen their confidence and continue developing professionally. 

This programme recognises the important role experienced administrative colleagues play in supporting access, information management, patient communication, governance and the day-to-day running of general practice. 

It is designed to help colleagues build on what they already know, develop more advanced skills and feel more confident in their contribution to the wider practice team.

Care Coordinator Development - Coming Soon 

Care Coordinators play an increasingly important role in primary care, helping patients navigate services, access support and receive more personalised care. 

We recognise the valuable contribution Care Coordinators make to improving patient experience, supporting practice teams and connecting people with the right services at the right time. 

The Hub Plus is currently exploring dedicated development opportunities for Care Coordinators working across primary care. Further information will be added as programmes and learning opportunities are developed.
