A wealth of FREE local training on Leadership development topics is run by the Derbyshire Leader This includes developing self awareness, management fundamentals, system leadership and strategic thinking: Derbyshire Leader - Joined Up Careers Derbyshire.
If there are specific topics that you would like but can’t access, The Hub+ will look to support this.

We would encourage all CDs to sign the Derbyshire to show our collective commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued. Respected and empowered to contribute fully.

The Hub Plus have a range of leadership and development courses including QI / Health inequalities / procurement / civility and kindness etc. All can be found on our e-learning platform.
We can deliver a range of values-based leadership topics including:
Compassionate leadership
Conflict management
Civility and leadership

The Hub Plus can support Action Learning Set facilitation for CDs which could include EGPP check-ins.
There are number of existing meeting structures eg GPLG which could be utilised / extended to provide a CD only safe space for discussion of hot topics and mutual support.
