Our coaching service provides guidance and support by trained and experienced coaches to help you reach professional and personal goals. It can help you navigate career decisions, improve work-life balance, overcome challenges, and gain confidence.
We provide a funded coaching service to support clinical professionals* working in Derbyshire General Practice. We also provide a paid coaching service for those working in non-clinical roles or outside Derbyshire.
6 x 1 hour, virtual, sessions, over 6-12 months.
During the sessions you will have one-to-one conversations with a coach, providing a confidential and safe space to reflect and explore challenges. Through attentive listening and thought-provoking questions, the coach will support you to develop your own ideas and actions to create positive change.
