1. Understand the basic principles of Quality Improvement
2. Feel able to use simple QI tools, to identify and test improvements in practice.
3. Apply a team-based approach to Quality Improvement by engaging clinical and non-clinical colleagues in identifying problems, testing changes and sustaining improvements.
4. Be aware of resources that can help
5. Learn about great examples of Quality Improvement that have happened in Derbyshire.
