Course Overview: This interactive 2-hour workshop equips GPs, trainees, and primary care leaders with the self-awareness and practical skills to lead inclusively under real-world pressure. Through structured reflection, paired discussion, and evidence-based frameworks, participants will examine how bias, culture, and power shape leadership behaviour. The session moves beyond theory into daily practice. You will leave with a personal action plan built around one specific, observable behaviour change you will implement in your next working week.
