Aim:
Learn practical tools to support colleagues from underrepresented backgrounds
This session gives you practical tools to support colleagues from underrepresented backgrounds in your day-to-day work. Covers active bystander techniques, how to challenge inappropriate behaviour constructively, and building a culture where everyone feels they belong.
The session will be lead by Dr Shehla Imtiaz-Umer, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Director at The Hub Plus Derbyshire.
