This is mandatory for all clinical patient facing staff and recommended for any non-clinical staff working with patients providing care navigation, support or signposting. For guidance on which staff should do which Tier, visit our website.
The course includes a pre-requisite e-lfh module(Tier 1), pre-reading and an in person full-day or 2 half day interactive sessions co-delivered with Experts by Experience. The session focuses on communication, reasonable adjustments, managing risk and person-centred care.
