Suitable for anyone working in or with ambitions to work within Clinical Leadership in a healthcare setting, whether in a medical, nursing, other allied health professional or managerial role.

• Identify key skills and attributes of effective clinical leaders.
• Develop understanding of differences and similarities between leadership and management.
• Have a geater understanding of different leadership styles/approaches.
• Discuss the relationship between leadership and patient outcomes.
• Explore strategies to develop and enhance leadership capabilities.
• Understand the challenges and rewards of clinical leadership.
