​Our non-clinical listening groups are designed to provide a supportive environment where non-clinical staff across Derbyshire can connect, share experiences, and collaboratively shape the future of non-clinical roles in primary care. Each session is an open space for discussion, where your voice matters.

Session Format:

Introduction & Welcome: Each session begins with a brief introduction, where we set the stage for the discussion and outline the key topics.

Open Discussion: This is the heart of the session. We encourage participants to share their experiences, challenges, and ideas. Whether you have a particular concern or just want to listen, your presence is valuable.

Support & Resources: Learn about existing support mechanisms and resources available through The Hub Plus Derbyshire. We’ll also gather feedback on what additional support you would like to see in the future.

Shaping Career Pathways: Discuss and explore potential career development opportunities for non-clinical staff. Your input will help shape the pathways available to you and your colleagues.

Wrap-Up & Next Steps: The session concludes with a summary of key points discussed and a look at how we will use the feedback to drive positive changes. You’ll also hear about upcoming sessions and how to stay involved.​
